     It's a tug on your heartstrings, lump-in-the-throat moment when you hear about a child who is hurting from illness or hunger, a community devastated by a horrible windstorm or flood, or anyone suffering from cancer.  You feel a need to be of service.  You want to do something about suffering in your community, your country, and around the world.  

     That's because you have a kind heart.  You know that reaching out to grasp an outstretched hand is what keeps our society together, and is tremendously fulfilling.  It's an incredibly motivating reason to get out of bed in the morning.  All of us at LiftAwayFat.com believe we have to be strong in mind, body and soul to be able to give others our best efforts.  To paraphase the wisest of sources, "...talents wasted are talents lost."


You were given a talent, now use it to help others. 
 
      Don't know where to get started?  Call your place of worship.  Helping others has always been a foundation of faith.  Volunteer in your community.  Watch out for your neighbors.  Whether at home, on your way to work, or at the mall.  In addition, here are some great opportunities to use your talents that will bring a smile to your heart.
